Applications for Natural Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)
Birch Plastics Inc. virgin resin sales division stocks Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) in our Houston facility. Our LLDPE can be packaged in boxes, bags, or super sacks. We offer all our products in truckload increments.
Applications include garment bags, can liners, pouches, covers, sheet, and injection molding applications.
Virgin Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Plastic Resin Pellets we offer:
|Material Type||Application||Form||color||Melt Index (ASTM D1238)||Density (ASTM D1505)|
|Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)||Film||Pellets||Natural||1.0||0.920|
|Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)||Film||Pellets||Natural||2.0||0.920|
|Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)||Injection Molding Compounding||Pellets Pellets or Powder||Natural||20.0||0.920|

At Birch Plastics we sell our virgin plastic resin pellets in truckload and less than truckload quantities, and always out of our Houston facility.
About High Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)
Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) is the most flexible of plastic sheeting films. LLDPE a blended form of LDPE where the film has much more flexibility, tensile strength, and more conformability. It is more pliable and softer. LLDPE is used for pond liners or blended into other films to give them more flexibility and extra strength. LLDPE is used for films that need a tremendous amount of strength to absorb Impacts while not tearing or puncturing. Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a substantially linear Polymer (Polyethylene), with significant numbers of short branches, commonly made by Copolymerization of Ethylene with longer-chain Olefins.
